stays, sonograms, immunizations, prescriptions, prenatal vitamins, newborn tests and check ups, and much
more.
Joining the MaternityCard Affiliate Program is free, quick and easy. All you need to
do is fill out the affiliate application form and choose from a wide variety of marketing tools to help
energize your program performance. MaternityCard pays you a flat commission for each interested customer you
refer to the MaternityCard health program.
How It Works
How does it work?
MaternityCard will pay you a flat commission for each verified lead you refer to the program. Interested
visitors to your website that click through a MaternityCard link or banner are redirected to the
MaternityCard website. They are tracked through cookies that include your Affiliate ID. Each time that
visitor requests additional information for MaternityCard’s health program, you are credited a flat
commission for that referral.
What You Earn
How much can I make?
MaternityCard pays their affiliates a flat $6.50 commission on all sales tracked through your
website(s).
When You Get Paid
When do I get paid?
MaternityCard affiliates are paid their full commissions on a monthly basis. Payments to affiliates are
issued by the 15th business day of the following month, using the payment method specified in your account:
Cheque or Paypal.
Marketing Tools
What kind of marketing tools are available for me?
MaternityCard has a dedicated Affiliate Manager who will give you one-on-one marketing tips and advice
for your marketing campaign. MaternityCard also has a wide variety of specially designed banner ads, text
links and content links all tagged with your unique Affiliate ID that you easily copy and paste directly
onto your site.

How does account tracking and reporting work?
MaternityCard has partnered with Share Results affiliate marketing network to provide trusted third-party
affiliate tracking and real-time reporting software. You’ll have easy access to marketing tools, up-to-date
information on affiliate and customer promotions, as well as excellent tools and an attractive interface
that will help you supervise the performance of your marketing campaign.
